Once again, INTEA has instructed racing mechanics of the Formula E-based Andretti Racing Team from Indianapolis, USA on the subject of high-voltage safety on electric vehicles.
The Andretti racing mechanics received both theoretical and practical training in the handling of systems, as well as safety-relevant work processes when dealing with vehicles featuring high-voltage technology.
In doing so, participants could experience firsthand what effects their actions had on the high-voltage system. The participants found actively linking the course’s theoretical content with its practical application particularly interesting.
The training took place at INTEA’s High-Voltage Academy in Kerpen, where the participants can practice the knowledge they have gained directly on the high-voltage teaching systems and on vehicles.
